After businesswoman Alice Shelter undergoes a routine MRI scan, she starts to notice oddities around her. Small things- computer glitches and random visions. Then strong hiccups begin to plague her. Alice tries to ignore these distractions. But they are only the first symptoms of something greater; a dangerous experiment in which she is an unwilling test subject.
Events soon snowball into a storm of international intrigue and global danger.
